ABOUT US
Good support starts with a relationship.
We started Actually Good because the person and the worker need to make sense together. A free spot on a roster is only one part of the decision.
WHY WE’RE HERE
Support should feel like it belongs to you.
The same support can feel completely different depending on who is there. A good worker notices when you want a hand, when you need time and when to give you space.
We want people to be able to make their own choices, including saying no. Support happens alongside you, not over the top of you.

WHAT THAT MEANS IN PRACTICE
We pay attention to the small things.
Good support is built from ordinary moments and the way people treat each other.
- Learning what matters to the participant before planning the shift
- Being reliable and letting people know when plans change
- Offering help without taking over
- Making room for interests, humour and quiet days
- Listening when something does not feel right
- Sharing information with family only when it is wanted and authorised
SMALL BY DESIGN
We’ll grow at the pace we can support well.
Actually Good is launching as an unregistered NDIS provider, with a focused service in Perth. We’ll only take on work that fits our current scope, systems and capacity.
