You can give feedback or make a complaint in a way that works for you. Where practical, you may stay anonymous or use a preferred name.

If we need your details to look into a specific issue, we’ll explain what we need and why. We’ll review what happened, keep you informed and let you know the outcome.

If your complaint is about privacy, contact us first. If you are not satisfied with our response, or we have not responded within 30 days, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
