We can consider eligible supports for self-managed and plan-managed participants. Before anything starts, we confirm billing details and current pricing rules.
We’ll listen to what matters to you and suggest a worker we think could suit. You can say no, and we won’t ask you to go ahead with a match that doesn’t feel right.
Please tell us. We’ll talk through what isn’t working and look at another option if one is available.
Supported Independent Living, NDIA-managed supports, support coordination, plan management, high intensity supports, specialist behaviour support, personal care, medication assistance, overnight support, group support and specialist property services are outside our launch scope.
Transport may be available when the worker, vehicle, insurance and safety arrangements are approved. We discuss any transport charge separately before it is agreed.
